Florian Wimmer is currently serving as the R&D Manager for Silicones at CHT Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Florian contributed to the academic field as part of the academic staff at the University of Konstanz from May 2017 to September 2021, and completed a research internship at KAUST in late 2015. Florian holds a Dr. rer. nat. in Polymer Chemistry, a Master of Science in Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, all obtained from the University of Konstanz. Education was completed at Justus-von-Liebig Gymnasium Neusäß with an Abitur in 2010.
