Chris Payne is a skilled Computer Scientist and Software Engineer with extensive experience in big data and software development. Currently serving as the Principal Engineer for a significant big data ETL project at Leading Path Consulting since January 2020, Chris utilizes custom C# and Python software within a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment, leveraging AWS services and a large Oracle database. Prior to this role, Chris worked as an Electronics Engineer at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from September 2008 to January 2020 and held positions as a Senior Consultant and Software Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2002 to September 2008. Chris holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from George Mason University.
