Annie Chen has a diverse work experience in the field of design and engineering. Annie started their career as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University in 2014, where they worked on designing wireframes and data models for a peer evaluation application, as well as developing a full stack educational web application using Django.

In 2015, they interned as a Software Engineer at BloomBoard, Inc. for a period of three months. This internship provided their with hands-on experience in software development.

Annie then joined BloomBoard, Inc. as a UX Designer & Front-end Engineer in 2016 and remained with the company until 2021. During their tenure, they worked on user experience design and front-end development for various projects.

In 2022, Annie got the opportunity to work at NASA Ames Research Center as a Product Designer through the Carnegie Mellon MHCI program. Annie worked there for a duration of eight months.

Currently, Annie is employed at Chronosphere as a Product Designer, where they started in 2023. The details of their role at Chronosphere have not been provided.

Annie Chen completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Annie then pursued a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, attending from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Annie obtained a certification in Learning React.js from LinkedIn in August 2021.
