Eric Kleppen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and software analysis. Currently serving as the Research and Development Team Manager and Product Manager at Kipsu since November 2022, Eric has previously held various roles at Infinite Campus from March 2012 to November 2022, including Software Product Analyst II focused on Learning Science Technologies, and Software Product Analyst, working closely with machine learning engineers. Eric also contributed to strengthening relationships with the Hawaii Department of Education while serving as a Campus Support Adviser. Beginning a career at Best Buy from 2007 to 2012, Eric advanced to lead the MCSA department and manage teams effectively. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Scientific and Technical Communication and a Certificate in Data Visualization and Analysis from the University of Minnesota.
