Christopher Nelson, MA, PHR, possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Chord Specialty Dental Partners since January 2023. Previously, Christopher held talent acquisition management roles at La Colombe Coffee Roasters and Live! Casino & Hotel, where responsibilities included the creation of HR metrics and the enhancement of recruiting efficiencies through technology. Christopher also served as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for the City of Philadelphia, managing diverse recruiting initiatives, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Drexel University Online, focusing on innovative sourcing techniques. Earlier experience includes roles at Community Behavioral Health, Devereux, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and Intercultural Family Services, where Christopher developed comprehensive recruitment strategies and managed HR processes.
