Jan Edward Noster is an accomplished business development professional currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Chinook Scaffold Systems Ltd. since September 2021. Previous experience includes holding the position of Senior Manager of Industrial Relations at Fluor Corporation from October 2019 to September 2021, and serving as Chairman of the Board for The CMAW Pension Trust from February 2006 to June 2020. Jan Noster also has an extensive background in labor relations as President Emeritus of CMAW - Construction, Maintenance and Allied Workers Canada, one of the largest unions representing construction workers in British Columbia, from February 2001 to January 2018. Early career experience includes working as a carpenter at Jacobs from July 1999 to February 2001. Jan Noster holds several degrees, including Chartered Professional Human Resources from CPHR-BC, a Masters of Trust Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, a Journeyman Carpenter Redseal from NAIT, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Labour Studies at Athabasca University.
