Karissa Kerr has had extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Karissa recently joined Anderson Business Advisors as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they worked at 3M for many years, where they held positions such as Vice President, Strategy, Talent Success & Wellbeing, Sr. Director of Scientific Affairs and Education, and Sr. Director of US Business. In these roles, they developed and executed strategies, built relationships with key stakeholders, and led large organizations. Before joining 3M, Karissa worked at OMNII Oral Pharmaceuticals as a Business Manager, where they were responsible for leading a regional team and achieving top growth in the company.

Karissa Kerr has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ohio University. Karissa was also selected for the Global Accelerated Leadership Development Programs I and II for high-potentials at the 3M Leadership Academy. Additionally, they hold certifications in Customer Focused Selling from 3M and in Professional Coaching Skills and Professional Selling Skills from Miller Heiman Group UK (Formally Achieve Global) and Miller Heiman Group, respectively.
