Fang Bao (Stan) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Fang started their career as a Contract Blog Promoter at Renren Games, where they managed the Travel Section and attracted 1.34 million subscribers on microblog. Fang also traveled to 23 states in the US to recruit contract bloggers and potential users, gaining 140K followers for their own blog.

Stan then worked as a Contract Underwriter at Canon, Inc., followed by an internship as a Marketing and Video Editing Intern at Metan Development Group. In this role, they developed marketing plans for sitcoms and TV dramas targeting the Chinese market, provided resources on Chinese culture, and consulted on script production.

Fang then co-founded Space Inc. (now known as CircleBond) and served as the Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for building the marketing plan, commercial plan, budget plan, and PR plan. Fang worked closely with other executives to develop product details and marketing schedules.

Stan also gained experience as a Computer Lab Assistant at Pepperdine University, where they assisted faculty and students with daily teaching work and managed computer lab resources.

Their most recent position was at China Finance Online, where they held two roles concurrently. Fang served as the Editor in Chief of the Macroeconomy Channel, as well as the host of the talk show "Anecdote."

Fang Bao, also known as Stan, began their education at Lanzhou University in 2008. Fang pursued a Bachelor's degree in marketing and successfully completed their studies in 2012. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they attended Halmstad University, where they acquired a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Leadership. Fang then continued their educational journey at Pepperdine University from 2012 to 2013, where they completed a graduate degree in global business.
