Maria Santiago currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Support at PointClickCare since November 2020. Prior to this role, Maria amassed over 15 years of experience at Oracle NetSuite, where positions included Senior Director of Advanced Customer Support and various management roles focused on customer satisfaction and support. Maria holds an Executive MBA with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Fredericton.
