Andrew Kim is a software engineer with extensive experience across several prestigious organizations. Currently employed at Chime since July 2021, Andrew previously held the position of Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon in mid-2020 and worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Chime in early 2020. Prior to these roles, Andrew gained experience as a Research Assistant and Software Developer in Dr. Todd Murphey's Neuroscience and Robotics Lab at Northwestern University, where Python3 scripts were developed for 3D trajectory tracking experiments. Additional research involvement included work on seismic data analysis and the effects of the Civil War on banking institutions. Andrew also interned as a Software Engineer at Alpaca and Menu3, contributing to augmented reality projects. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from Northwestern University, earned in 2021.
