Ricky Necor is a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience specializing in telecommunications. Prior experience includes working as a Voice Network Engineer at Allstate from January 2009 to January 2017, where responsibilities included strategic consulting, feature evaluation, vendor management, and client training.
