Sarah Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare settings and roles. Sarah started their career as an Exercise Science Intern at Baylor Tom Landry Health and Wellness Center in 2006 and later worked as a Personal Trainer at Des Peres Fitness. In 2008, they became a Hydration Manager at Gatorade. Sarah then interned as a Dietetic Practicum Student at Shriners Hospital for Children in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Sarah volunteered as a Dining On-Call Customer Service Representative at Missouri Baptist Medical Center and also worked as a Nutrition Intern at HopeBUILD. In 2011, they joined Barnes Jewish Hospital as a Clinical Dietitian, where they provided specialized care for heart transplant out-patients, congestive heart failure clinic patients, VAD patients, and cardio step down in-patients. Sarah made media appearances, conducting heart-healthy interviews on TV and radio. In 2012, they joined Children's National Health System, initially as a Pediatric Clinical Dietitian and later as a Pediatric Clinical Dietitian Specialist, before becoming an Expert Pediatric Dietitian and Lead In-patient RD in August 2017. Sarah also volunteered as a Dietitian at Rock Recovery from 2012 to 2013.
Sarah Davis RD, CNSC, CSP began their education at Saint Louis University in 2010 and completed their studies in 2011. It is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. Sarah then earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University, focusing on Dietetics in the Health Sciences and Nutrition field, along with Business/Marketing and Health.
