Rodney Eason has a diverse work experience in various companies. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at EMCOR Group, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the functioning of building systems and managing the maintenance of buildings and grounds. In 2007, they joined Sabrosa Foods Inc. as the CFO. Since 2014, Rodney has been serving as the Executive Director of Facilities Management at Children's National Hospital, where they are in charge of managing the maintenance of buildings and grounds, as well as overseeing the functioning of building systems.
Rodney Eason earned their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Building Construction Technology from Norfolk State University, from 1987 to 2003. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Maintenance Manager from the Associations for Facilities Engineering in June 2018, and as a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) from the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) in February 2012.
