Michael Flaherty is an experienced healthcare professional with a solid background in business management and operations within the ambulatory services sector. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Ambulatory at Children's Wisconsin since June 2010, Michael leads various projects and provides analytic support to monitor key operational metrics. Previous roles include managing multidisciplinary teams in Cleft Lip and Palate and Otolaryngology clinics, where significant improvements in patient flow and capacity were achieved.
