Tara Sussman possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a member of Chief. Previously, Tara held various leadership roles at Bluecore, including Vice President of People and Director, HR Business Partner. At American Express, Tara contributed as Director of Compensation Consulting and Director of Talent Management within HR Business Consulting, in addition to serving as Manager of HRBP. Earlier career experience includes the position of Talent Management Senior Associate at Daymon Worldwide and Associate Management Consultant at E. Rogers Associates, Inc. Tara is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University.
