Ajay M. serves as the Managing Partner at Maxson Mago & Macaulay, LLP since October 2017 and co-founded Twelvefold in May 2023, an AI-focused Venture Studio. Ajay is also an investor and advisor for Censius and Attri, both dedicated to AI applications. As a Portfolio Advisor for Dallas Venture Capital, Ajay contributes to deal flow and company strategies. Ajay holds board positions with Crossover Basketball and Scholars Academy and the US India Chamber of Commerce DFW. Ajay is also a judge for the Texas Venture Labs Investment Competition and a leadership alumni of the Dallas Regional Chamber. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, a BBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a MS in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
