Alycia M. Huston is the Founder and CEO of The Culture Cru, an organization dedicated to enhancing leadership capabilities and creating impactful transitions for leaders. With extensive experience in executive roles, Alycia served as Vice President of Company Operations at WCG and held leadership positions at several organizations, including Chief Executive Officer of ASPIRE INDEPENDENT REVIEW BOARD, INC. and Chief Operating Officer of BioMed IRB. Alycia is an Executive Leadership Advisor at Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership. Additionally, Alycia has been a Founding Board Member at M Perfectly, focusing on supporting women affected by trauma. Educationally, Alycia holds degrees in Humanities and Biology from UC San Diego and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at Purdue Global, along with certifications in holistic health coaching and neuroscience coaching.
