Jeff Spratlin is currently serving as the Talent Director at Chick-fil-A Corporate since December 2018, where responsibilities include leading a new supply chain initiative for Chick-fil-A Operators. Prior to this role, Jeff accumulated extensive experience at The Home Depot, where positions included Senior Director of HR Supply Chain/Global Product Development and Senior Director of HR Merchandising Services. Jeff also led the Associate Advice and Counsel Group and the Government Compliance function during tenure at HD Supply. Earlier career experiences include HR Consulting at Delta Technology and compliance management at Delta Air Lines. Educational background includes studies at Clayton State University.
