Rikha Widyawati currently serves as a Talent Management professional at PT. Richeese Kuliner Indonesia since October 2021. Prior to this role, Rikha worked at PT Stanli Trijaya Mandiri from November 2019 to October 2021, focusing on HR Recruitment and People Development. Earlier experience includes a position as Associate Tester & Scorer at PT Care Indonesia Solusi for a short duration in 2019 and as Guru Pendamping Khusus at SDN Putraco Indah from July 2018 to June 2019. Rikha holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bandung Islamic University, completed in 2017, and attended SMAN 7 Bandung from 2010 to 2013.
