Ashlea Turner has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Ashlea started their career in 2001 with Atlanta Bread Company, initially working as the Training Coordinator and later as the Sr. Manager Baking Training. Ashlea played a key role in improving the menu development process and implementing new training materials nationwide.

In 2004, Ashlea moved on to Moe's Southwest Grill, where they held various roles including New Restaurant Opener- Operations Training, Franchise Business Consultant, Customer Service Manager, and Director of Franchise Services. During their time at Moe's Southwest Grill, they managed store openings, oversaw the Mystery Shop Program, administered guest satisfaction programs, and facilitated in-store training sessions.

In 2018, Ashlea became the Owner of Pokéworks, further expanding their expertise in the food industry. Currently, they are the Director of Operations Services at Smalls Sliders since 2023.

Ashlea Turner pursued a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in the field of Human Ecology. The precise start and end years of their education are not provided.
