Lisa Locatelli is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Performance Management for Chemtrade since August 2018, Lisa is responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business goals across North America. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Talent Acquisition Manager at GHD, where responsibilities included delivering recruitment strategies for multiple market sectors in Canada. Lisa’s career began as an HR Generalist at GE Money, providing HR leadership and support, and as an Account Manager at Spherion. Lisa holds a B.A. Honours from Queen's University and a Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Durham College.
