K. Lynn Hipp has over three decades of experience in the field of engineering and human resources. Currently serving as the Global Integrated Health & Wellness Manager at Eastman Chemical Company since June 1991, K. Lynn Hipp leads initiatives focused on health, wellness, and prevention on a global scale. Previously, K. Lynn Hipp held the position of HR Projects Lead and Total Rewards HR Manager, where responsibilities included supporting human resources through project and process management. Earlier in the career, K. Lynn Hipp worked as an Industrial Engineer and Supervisor at Weyerhaeuser from October 1989 to June 1991. K. Lynn Hipp earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas between 1985 and 1989.
