BoWei Chen has a strong background in software engineering and system architecture. BoWei co-founded Chelpis in 2017 and is currently working in a leadership role there. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at GHOSTA from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for designing and optimizing system architecture. Before GHOSTA, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Quanta Computer Inc. from 2012 to 2016, where they focused on iOS development and integrated various players and engines.

From 2010 to 2012, BoWei Chen attended National Chiao Tung University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
