Paz Romero is a dedicated professional and activist with a strong focus on social justice, women's rights, and community empowerment. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Justice Funds, Paz bridges resource gaps for Global South organizations by facilitating access to social justice funding opportunities. Experience includes roles as Project Coordinator and Facilitator at CHAYN, supporting survivors of trauma and gender-based violence, and as Programmes Intern at Women Win, enhancing girls' and women's economic resilience. Additionally, Paz has contributed to community engagement efforts at the Association for Women's Rights in Development, participated as an Event Moderator for Thousand Faces, and has a background in translation and subtitling for major sports events. Education includes a degree in Traducción Técnico-Científica from Instituto Superior del Traductorado, completed in 2020.
