Dr. Mohamed Shaltout is a seasoned expert in the field of educational technology with extensive experience as an E-content Project Manager and E-learning Consultant at Mawhiba since June 2020. Currently serving as a Lecturer in the Development of E-learning track at the Information Technology Institute and an Adobe Education Leader, Dr. Shaltout has also held prominent positions such as Associate Professor of Educational Technology at Palestine Ahliya University and Director of various educational centers at Arab East Colleges. Teaching a wide array of subjects related to visual learning, instructional design, and digital education, Dr. Shaltout has contributed significantly to the development of digital curricula, integration of technology in education, and e-learning systems. Holding a PhD in Educational Technology from Cairo University, Dr. Shaltout brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise in enhancing educational processes through technology.
