Heidi Moore is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Charter Keck Cramer since September 2015. In this strategic and operational role, Heidi oversees key areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and workplace health and safety while supporting business objectives through specialized HR initiatives. Prior to this position, Heidi operated as a Human Resources Consultant for various companies, offering tailored solutions to small and medium enterprises from August 2010 to August 2015. Heidi’s career began at Knight Frank Australia, where roles included National Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Consultant, providing comprehensive HR services across the organization. Heidi holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from RMIT University.
