Marjohn Heath manages administrative operations for GreenGen and is responsible for managing human resources and IT, developing and maintaining office systems, resources, and processes. She also supports marketing and communications initiatives, manages corporate records, organizational partnerships and affiliations, and coordinates activities and events.
Before joining GreenGen, Marjohn provided project management and executive support at WBENC, advancing certified women-owned businesses. Prior to that, she supported Brad Dockser and the DC investment team, coordinating office resources and operations at at MacFarlane Partners.
Marjohn spent six years at Carey International as Manager of Legal Affairs, coordinating mergers and acquisitions and credit facility transactions, including due diligence and closing of a $250M LBO. She managed an average of 130 claims a year before federal, state, and local courts and agencies; directed outside counsel; managed a $3M legal budget; managed corporate filings for over 40 domestic and international entities; and protected the company's trademarks and intellectual property assets.
Marjohn studied at Boston University and Stanford University. She holds a human resources certification (SHRM-CP) and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), as well a paralegal certification with a specialty in mergers and acquisitions.
