Alison Black is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Charles Taylor since May 2021. Prior to this role, Alison held various positions within AXA, including HRD for the Commercial Lines Academy and Strategic Segments, Culture and Change Integration Lead at AXA XL, and Global HR Director for AXA Corporate Solutions. With a strong background in global HR leadership, Alison has overseen multiple business lines within AXA and has also held senior HR roles at AXA PPP Healthcare and AXA Insurance. Alison's educational qualifications include a CIPD in Human Resource Management from the University of West London and a CIM in Business Management from the University of Leicester, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science from the University of Roehampton.
