Robert Jevens has a strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in the areas of M&A transactions and portfolio solutions for corporations, venture capital firms, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies. Robert has held various leadership positions in different companies, including Heffernan Insurance Brokers, JLT Specialty USA, Equity Risk Partners, The Bensman Group, The Cochlan Group (formerly Clark Consulting, Inc.), MB Financial Bank, and Northwestern Mutual. Throughout their career, Jevens has been involved in fund-level insurance programs, M&A insurance due diligence advisory, transaction risk solutions, and post-close property/casualty insurance and employee benefit programs. Their expertise lies in areas such as representations & warranties insurance, litigation, tax, and business continuation and succession planning.

Robert Jevens has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Robert also audited classes in the LL.M. Program at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, but does not hold a degree in this field.
