Kate Lindley is the Co-Founder and Director of Change Network, established in May 2023, which assists organizations in implementing effective transformation strategies. Prior to this, Kate served as Head of Customer Transformation at Socitm Advisory from January 2021 to May 2023, focusing on service improvement and enhancing customer outcomes through digital innovation. Further experience includes key leadership roles in local government and consultancy, including Head of Local Public Service Transformation at Civica and Head of Transformation at Warrington Borough Council. Kate's extensive background in broadcast journalism includes positions as News Editor and Broadcast Journalist for various organizations, including the BBC. Academically, Kate holds a PGDip in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire and a BA (Hons) in English from The Manchester Metropolitan University, alongside a University Certificate in Modern Greek from Athens University of Economics and Business.
