Victor Young is an experienced executive with a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and program management, currently serving as Vice President at Adnet, Inc. since June 2013, overseeing federal business operations. Prior to Adnet, Victor held various leadership roles at L-3 Communications from 1999 to 2013, including Vice President, where responsibilities included P&L management and contract oversight for significant government clients. Victor's military career spanned over 21 years in the US Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, with notable achievements in collaborative defense analysis. Academically, Victor holds a BS in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MS in Statistics from the University of Vermont, and an MA in Management & Human Relations from Webster University.
