Chani Van Den Heever is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and transformation consulting. Currently serving as an Executive in Change Management at Change Logic and as a Change and Training Project Lead at the Dept of Home Affairs since 2018, Chani has also held positions such as Managing Business Consultant at Barloworld Equipment and Independent Managing Consultant and Executive Coach at Britehouse Specialist SAP Division. Previous roles include Executive Consultant in Change Management at Old Mutual South Africa and Change and Training Project Manager at EOH MS Services. Chani's career began at the South African Revenue Service, where leadership was provided in HR Operations and Modernisation. Chani holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) Honours in Psychology from the University of Pretoria.
