Kim Bazan is the Director of Client Success and Medicaid, SNAP and Safety Net Practice Lead for California at Change & Innovation Agency, a vimo company, since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kim served in various leadership positions at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission from November 2006 to May 2021, including Director of Strategic Business Operations for Medicaid and CHIP Services and Deputy Director of Access & Eligibility Services. Kim's earlier experience encompasses roles such as Senior Policy Advisor and Government Relations Specialist, bringing a diverse background in policy, program innovation, and operational strategy within health and human services. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Texas Christian University, attained between 1988 and 1992.
