Meghan Brenneman, Ed.D., currently serves as the Head of Research at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as UX Research Manager at Meta, where leadership of a seven-person team focused on fostering a safe and inclusive Metaverse, and improving user privacy within the Horizon Platform. Additionally, Meghan held the position of Senior UX Researcher for the Meta Business Suite at Facebook, supporting advertising objectives through innovative research. Earlier, leadership as Director of Product at The Enrollment Management Association involved driving product development in the ed-tech sector. As an Independent Research Consultant, support was provided for various research and analysis needs over several years. Previous positions at Educational Testing Service included Lead Research Manager and Associate Research Scientist, contributing to significant projects such as a $18M Department of Education initiative. Educational qualifications consist of a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, alongside a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Education.
