Brant Satterwhite has a strong background in service operations and management. Brant has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Department Supervisor at Stock Building Supply from 2003 to 2006. Brant then moved on to Sears Home Services, where they worked as a Territory Service Support Manager from 2006 to 2015, overseeing a team of 30 and implementing ISO and Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes. From 2015 to 2019, Brant served as the Region General Manager for Courier Express, managing a $11 million regional operation with full P&L responsibility and handling distribution, courier services, warehousing, and freight services for national partnership customers. Currently, Brant is the Director of Service Operations at Champion, a leading medical furnishings manufacturer, where they have developed processes to improve customer experience and oversees operations at their nationwide service division.

Brant Satterwhite obtained their Bachelor's Degree from North Carolina State University in 1999.
