Esha Madan is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as a Visiting Scientist at the Champalimaud Foundation since September 2017. Previous positions include Instructor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Assistant Professor at Creighton University, Research Associate at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Bern. Esha's academic journey includes a PhD in Biochemistry and Transcription Biology of Cancer from King George's Medical University, along with fellowships focused on molecular oncology, cardiovascular physiology, and cancer research from various prestigious institutions. Esha holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Amity University and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Delhi University, showcasing a strong foundation in molecular biology and biochemistry. Esha's research interests encompass cancer biology, specifically the roles of long non-coding RNA and transcription factors in cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
