Thu N. Lam is a seasoned legal professional specializing in state and local tax law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Chamberlain Hrdlicka since July 2023, Thu also holds leadership roles at the Philadelphia Bar Association, including Chair and Secretary of the State and Local Tax Committee since January 2022. Prior experience includes positions at BDO USA as STS - SALT Experienced Tax Manager, Deloitte as Tax Manager for Multistate Tax Services, and EY in State and Local Tax Services. Additionally, Thu served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey from April 2008 to February 2017. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from City University of New York School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Kansas.
