Tyler Bayer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Tyler started their career as an Admissions Call Center Representative at Kent State University in 2012 and continued in that role until May 2015. During their time at the university, Tyler also worked as a Student Scheduling Assistant from June 2014 to July 2015.

Tyler then transitioned to Time Warner Cable in July 2015, where they worked as an Inbound Sales Representative until July 2016. Following this, they joined Total Quality Logistics as a Logistics Account Executive in January 2018 and stayed with the company until January 2019.

In February 2019, Tyler joined Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA as a Legal Account Resolution Specialist. Tyler held this position for over two years until August 2021. In August 2021, Tyler moved into their current role as a Compliance Audit Analyst at the same company.
