Sanjay Kumar Sinha has held the position of Managing Director at Chaitanya Projects Consultancy since January 2004. In August 2019, they also became the Director of Winsome IT Solutions (WISIPL).

Sanjay Kumar Sinha completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. Sanjay Kumar then pursued their Master of Technology (MTech) in Construction Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
