Rita Atwell is an experienced professional with a strong background in both business ownership and legal support. Since 2010, Rita has been the Owner of Fresh As The Morning Dew, a janitorial maintenance company that specializes in eco-friendly products for commercial and residential clients. Additionally, Rita has served as a Legal Secretary and DC Recruiting Assistant at Chadbourne & Parke LLP since August 2005. Rita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Southeastern University, which was pursued between 2008 and 2009, as well as a degree from the University of District of Columbia, obtained from 1994 to 2002.
