Karoline Raets currently serves as the Head of Global Strategic Talent Management at Nasdaq since June 2024. Prior to this role, Karoline was the Chief People Officer at Adenza, where key initiatives included leading the integration of AxiomSL and Calypso and implementing a comprehensive people strategy for around 2,000 employees. Earlier experiences include serving as CHRO at Itiviti, where integration efforts followed the merger of Ullink and Itiviti, and Chief HR Officer positions at Ullink and GL TRADE, focusing on human capital management across extensive employee bases and multiple regions. Additionally, Karoline held senior roles in talent management at FIS and SunGard Financial Systems and began a career in communications and marketing at yellowpages and other organizations. Karoline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Communications from Hoger Handels & Talen Instituut.
