Jim Husted is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and compliance within major organizations. Since February 2003, Jim has served as the Corporate SOX IS-IT Risk & Compliance Manager at CGI, overseeing IT General Control effectiveness for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Jim has also contributed significantly to corporate IT project management and reporting, standardizing processes and improving financial performance metrics. Prior roles include project management for loan origination projects at Wells Fargo and software development management at Verizon Wireless. Jim's leadership extends to community service as Vice President of Consistory at Faith Community Church. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
