Alfredo Spalla has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies. Their most recent role was as a Controller at CESI SpA, starting in March 2021.

Prior to that, Alfredo worked at Generali Real Estate SGR SpA as a Financial Controller for Real Estate Funds from February 2020 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for monthly closing of the Spanish real estate funds, performance analysis, KPI tracking, and budget comparison. Alfredo also produced quarterly reports, a three-year strategic plan, vacancy reports, and property links. Additionally, they uploaded Asset Under Management (AUM) data onto the company's SGI software.

Before joining Generali Real Estate SGR SpA, Alfredo worked at Intesa Sanpaolo as a Financial Controller from July 2019 to January 2020. In this position, they conducted monthly control of Pon (Piano Operativo Nazionale) for the Group, performed performance analysis, compared KPIs to budgets, and supported the budget-setting process. Alfredo also generated summary reports for the Division's top management.

Alfredo's work experience also includes a role as an Administrative Clerk at Studio Antonacci, where they were employed from October 2014 to September 2018.

Alfredo Spalla obtained a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from 24ORE Business School between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Laurea Magistrale in Economics and Commerce from Università degli Studi di Bari from 2012 to 2014. Before pursuing their Master's degree, Alfredo achieved a Laurea triennale in Economics and Commerce from the same university until 2012. In addition to their formal education, Alfredo obtained certification in Ecdl Full standard from AICA - Associazione Italiana per l'Informatica e il Calcolo Automatico in June 2018. Alfredo also briefly studied Economics at Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie from 2010 to 2011.
