Matthew Flahive, CIRA, is a seasoned financial advisory professional currently serving as the Director for Stapleton Group, part of J.S. Held LLC, since October 2024. Flahive possesses extensive experience in distressed asset consulting, financial analysis, turnaround implementation, and restructuring initiatives, having held various roles within Stapleton Group since March 2021 and previously with Thomas Seaman Company from December 2013 to March 2021. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Planning and Services from San Diego State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Saddleback College. Early career experiences include positions at Wells Fargo and the City of San Clemente.
