Todd Hopkins began their career in 1990 as the San Bernardino Area Manager for Landmark Printer Service. In 1994, they moved to Landmark Laser Printer Service as the Operations Manager, where they trained, supported and supervised employees and managed the toner cartridge production department. In 2001, they joined ProsoftTraining.com as the Senior Project Manager, where they directed development projects and maintained technical accuracy and integrity of instructor-led courseware. In 2003, they moved to Prosoft Learning, a VCampus Company, as the Vice President of Publishing and Product Development, where they directed strategic planning and development of instructor-led technology training and online courseware products. Here, they also managed product development schedule to follow company directives and focus and consolidated the VCampus and Prosoft development teams. In 2008, they joined Certification Partners as the Vice President of Operations and Product Development, where they directed certification and curriculum development for the CIW series of certifications, developed and built new virtual labs, and directed server infrastructure enhancements to minimize server downtime.
Todd Hopkins completed a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2013 to 2016. From 1991 to 1993, they attended California State University-San Bernardino and took Business Administration and Management courses. Todd also earned an Associate's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 1988 to 1990.
