Lior Arinos has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lior began their career at Motorola Semi-Conductor Israel as a Verification Engineer, where they worked on block level and system level verification. In 2005, they joined Ceragon Networks as a Software Embedded Group Leader and later took on the role of General Manager for the Slovakia and Romania sites. In these positions, they were responsible for establishing and managing offshore operations, leading departments, and overseeing recruitment and financial aspects. Lior also served as the VP of Business Transformation and Vice President of Operations at Ceragon Networks.

Lior Arinos holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which was completed from 1999 to 2003. Lior also earned an M.B.A. in Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, with the degree obtained between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, Lior has obtained a certification in "Leading and Managing Globally: Executive Education Program" from Yale School of Management.
