Stéphan BONNEIL has extensive experience in financial operations and management. Stéphan is currently working at BICS as the Head of Financial Customer Operations, where they manage end-to-end trade financial flows towards partner accounts around the world. Stéphan is responsible for achieving organizational objectives and leads a large team. Some of their key accomplishments include identifying and mitigating cash recovery risks with potential profit and loss impacts.

Prior to their current role, Stéphan worked at BICS as the Head of Billing and Collection, where they played a significant role in bridging the telecom world with unconventional communication providers globally.

Before joining BICS, Stéphan served as the Chief Financial Officer at MOOV RCA - ETISALAT GROUP, where they directed financial flows and ensured compliance with applicable practices and rules.

Stéphan also worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as the Head of Finance and Control, overseeing financial operations for strategic and largest accounts in MEA. Stéphan achieved significant reductions in receivables balance and ensured accuracy and compliance with defined principles.

Earlier in their career, Stéphan held the position of Finance and Administration Director at Comium S.A. C-Mobile (Telecom), where they managed all financial and administrative aspects of the business. Their achievements include optimizing cash flows, reorganizing company debts, and updating dealer contracts.

At TELECEL CAR, Stéphan served as the Chief Financial Officer for a year, before joining Siemens. At Siemens, they held various managerial positions such as Export Business Administration and Controlling Manager for EMEA, Business Administration and Controlling Manager for West Africa, and Business Administration and Controlling Manager for Export Fix Operators & Enterprise Network.

Stéphan started their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Risk Services & Financial Management.

Stéphan Bonneil holds a Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Controlling, Information Systems, and Business Administration, which they obtained from ESC PAU Business School from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management/Computer Science at Ecole de Gestion, Commerce et Informatique de Toulouse from 1995 to 1998.

In 2015 and 2016, Stéphan pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) with a specialization in Innovation Management for a Global Economy and Venture Creation. Stéphan completed this degree at both Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

Stéphan Bonneil has also obtained a certification in Business Strategy and Financial Performance from INSEAD in August 2023.
