Lori MacIsaac is an accomplished business development and strategic communications professional with extensive experience in managing client relationships and project teams. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at CEO.works since December 2020, Lori supports intellectual property creation and application for talent capital value creation. Previously, as the Director of Talent Management & Development at ParkerLifeOrg, Lori contributed to a non-profit organization focused on transforming perceptions of aging. Lori also served as a Senior Program Manager and Consultant at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, developing and delivering various leadership and management courses. At Bristol-Myers Squibb, Lori designed and implemented management development training programs, successfully training over 2,000 individuals. Lori holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Spanish from Wellesley College.
