Siddhartha Jain is an accomplished leader in product and technology innovation, currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Specac Ltd since May 2022. In this role, Siddhartha oversees product compliance and business process transformation while supporting the Company Board in strategic initiatives such as preparing for a successful PE Exit. Previously, Siddhartha worked as the Head of Engineering, managing cross-functional teams to drive growth through innovation. Additional experience includes significant roles at Quirk Solutions Ltd, SPX Corporation, British American Tobacco, Unilever, and D.E MASTER BLENDERS 1753, where Siddhartha focused on new product development, technology strategy, and operational improvement. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics from the Asian Institute of Technology.
