Ruth Ann Gamboa is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on total rewards and compensation strategies. Currently serving as the COE Lead for Organization, Performance and Rewards and HR Business Partner at Century Pacific Food, Inc., since January 2022, Ruth Ann has previously held key roles at Carousell as Regional Rewards & People Ops Manager and at OLX Group as HR Operations Manager, both of which involved the development and administration of competitive total rewards strategies and compensation programs. Ruth Ann's career began at Energy Development Corporation, where various roles spanned from Compensation Specialist to HR Officer, contributing to compensation and benefits planning. Ruth Ann holds an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a BS in Clinical Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
